Maintenance (1% of system cost per year, rule of thumb)
Red Tape (Zoning Regulations, Construction permits, utility grid connection applications and interconnection)
Look at energy usage conservation first
May not be able to repair OS service on your own (need trained technicians and electricians)
Effort by owner to understand the system
Need incentives, netmetering or feed in tariffs (FIT)
Customer needs to self evaluate their budget for the proper system desired
